Current and future postgraduate students

The department offers a stimulating and friendly research environment for PhD students. More than 50 students participate in the PhD program at any one time. The program offers diverse projects in structural biochemistry and molecular and cellular biology.

Intending postgraduate students

The standard PhD candidature is three years with the possibility, subject to approval, of two extensions of six months each. All PhD students enrol as probationary candidates and need to apply for confirmed candidature after 12 months.
