Printer setup for Macintosh OSX
Click on the apple symbol on main menu bar and select "System Preferences".
Click on "Print & Fax".
Click on "Set Up Printers".
Click on "Add".
- In to top list box select "IP Printing".
In the next list box [Printer Type] select "LPD/LPR".
In [Printer Address] enter "128.250.90.108"
In [Queue Name] enter - 521P-001Bio21L2 [For Duplex Black and White printer on 2nd floor Bio21 Building]
- biochempool1 [For Duplex Black and White printer on 1st floor Bio21 Building]
- biochemCoBio21 [For colour printer on 3 floor of Bio21 Building]
- biochemCoMDHS [For colour printer on 3rd floor Medical Building]
In [Printer Model] select printer Type.
Click "Add".
Also, when prompted for the user name and password, enter:
- unimelb\user_name
- then Password
